Unless it’s Nick Nolte circa 2002. Then anyone’s a target, my guy. “I thought I had typed in India but wiped out Indiana. Oh well. My bad, bro. The room is spinning.”
Still playing Lords of the Fallen since the 2.0 update went live. Although I suspect there might be a small bug as I haven't been able to join into other player's worlds for what seem like 2 weeks. They have made the gameplay more nimble in a number of small ways. The biggest benefit is they allow people to play the tutorial for free and if you join a friend who owns the game you can progress a full hame run in coop and your character will be saved for if you eventually but it.
Destiny 2 has been back in the rotation. Picked up the latest expansion and season pass when they were on sale and the final season of the year is good. The seasonal weapons have a great aesthetic design. It's honestly more of a final send off as the main plot has concluded and my interest is not piqued by the future if the franchise.
Marathon looks like that Kultur-Terror creature Grove talked about in the Roadhouse episode.
I need to reinstall and play through Witcher 3 for the 10th anniversary. I definitely wanna replay Cyberpunk 2077 later in the summer.
On a personal note: There's that old adage about "Where were you when JFK got shot?" When the Butler rally happened I was hours into a Cyberpunk playthrough and when I took a break and opened Twitter I saw all Heavan and Hell breaking loose. More a mark of occasion to how close we got to the abyss.
Great choices, man. RIP to Marathon. That was one of the few games we could play on my dad’s old Macintosh desktop growing up. At the time, I was amazed that you had allies who could fight with you at one point, as all other games were you versus legions of bad guys. It’s so sad they ruined such an intriguing franchise that was a trendsetter.
You’re right about the Butler shooting as the moment we will remember hearing about and where we were (besides 9/11). We were at some performance and I whispered to my wife that Trump was shot. She asked if he was dead as she instinctively knew he had the Mandate of Heaven and couldn’t be taken out. God bless our MAGA waifus.
Man the old Macintosh days. My sister and I would play a couple of the King's Quest (RPG Puzzle) titles on that. Also I'm thinking of that film Blank Check where the main character is a 10 year old kid that ends up with 1 million dollars of cash from a money laundering criminal and he goes on a buying spree. A to note this was in the 90s so 1 million had way more purchasing power.

A reliable source told me if you review Q&A cooler heads will prevail.
Fine with that, then I know they won’t be pointed at me or my people.

But The Simpsons promised me India would nuke Pakistan
They won’t be doing the needful?
I'm prepared for everything to happen because nothing ever will
So disappointing
But….but what if something does happen?
Pray toward Horance
Why do you find it so hard to believe?
