One realization I've come to in the past few years is that nearly all these "new exculpatory evidence comes to light years after the fact" exoneration cases are bullsht. Key figures and witnesses have moved on, the essential facts and their relevance have been lost or obfuscated, and the exonerations always hinge on inconsistencies in minor details of the case.

I used to see "man freed after being locked up for twenty years" headlines and think, "what an injustice was done to him". Now I think, "what an injustice is done to us".

The deeper I go into these cases the more I realize the death penalty is the only protection against revisionist lawfare and jailbreak politicians

Thanks I'll add this to my list of people (along with the Central Park Five, Adnan Sayed, and others I can't recall at the moment) who totally did it

Meanwhile, here in 2023, the DOJ will look the other way while leftist scum organize to burn, loot, and murder and create autonomous zones in major cities. Also, the same DOJ will crush the nuts of anyone perceived as "right wing" for any crime, real or imagined. Know your operational environment.

Excellent piece. Thank you for writing. So much of the "official record" on the red scare and Palmer is communist propaganda. I think this is partly bc conservatives are reluctant to admit that Wilson was pro-America in his suppression of leftists, so they don't push back on how blatantly wrong / left wing all of the mainstream histories are

Conundrum Cluster, will you be writing an article on Calvin Coolidge / the Boston Police strike as part of this series? Thank you again for writing and God bless!

I've actually already got one written on the Boston Police strike lol. I'm trying to go in rough chronological order with this series so the next articles are going to deal with some bombings/unrest in NYC first

Reminds me of Mumia abu-Jamal. Everybody talks about the injustice, but as soon as I looked at the facts of the case, the dude was 100% guilty.

It is a shame to see how many Americans of Italian decent were duped by this. One of the victims of these two anarchists seems to have been someone of Italian ancestry as well! But that is the nature of these rootless intellectuals, they prey on those who they can dupe easily. They hollow out any idea of national or ethnic solidarity and wear it like a skinsuit to run interference for their schemes.
