Wow oh wow, it’s been 7 days since Trump won the popular vote and delivered the House and the Senate while facing 4000 criminal charges and being outspent by three-to-one—time to publicly respond to every new development in the most pathetic and spineless way possible. We should all start repeating talking points from people who couldn’t even be bothered to support Trump just a week ago. I know Trump won’t even take office for two months and 95% of what I see online is fake and I barely know who many of these people are and I have no idea what internal conversations might be going on at the moment but I really think it’s over now, guys. We should have never bothered to save our country from certain disaster. Ugh. I can’t believe the Trump administration isn’t outsourcing its political thinking to people who are sent into complete hysteria on a whim like me, who are so smart and useful especially in times of crisis. I am so above it all. I was willing to give up, all while contributing very little beyond (frequently unhelpful) commentary, before anyone else. I told you so. We should have been pursuing objectives that neither I nor anyone else have any realistic chance of achieving, therefore providing me with a convenient excuse for inaction and anklebiting, instead. If there’s one thing that marks a successful movement, it’s never-ending internal dissent and despair. Never support the leader. Never have faith. Always indulge in low impulse-control masturbatory doomspiraling to maximize engagement.
Please look to me for more insights into why we should give up and do nothing in the future.
I'm still in line at the polling booth until Trump says I can leave it's been a week my wife is begging me to come home but I know it's a trick from the deepstate to prevent me from turning Pennsylvania red
