A few days ago beloved Twitter comedian HowlingMutant was doxxed by leftwing activists. The dox was obviously a parallel construction working off of data breaches. Unsurprisingly, HowlingMutant ended up being just a nice normal guy, which anyone who has interacted with him before could have told you. There’s no actual value to doxxing HowlingMutant, he didn’t do anything to anyone. I suspect this was motivated solely by some leftwing donor guy directing the dox group to go after JD Vance’s RW twitter mutuals.
Whatever the method and motive, HowlingMutant is still doxxed. I’m not sure what consequences this will have for him, leftwingers have already begun showing up at his house. Even if “nothing happens,” creating uncertainty and fear in targets’ lives is one of the main goals of doxxers.

You should do this right now, while the story is fresh in everyone’s minds. Even though the dox will likely leave the headlines in the next few days, the effects of doxxing can last for years. This can mean a lot of life disruptions that are going to be tough for anyone to deal with. The more money he can get now, the better he can respond to anything that comes up and plan for the future.
There used to be no support for people who got doxxed. I was around back then, it was horrible. People would look for reasons to abandon the targets or even join the pile on (this still happens in certain corners of the Right). One of the most positive developments in recent years is today that actually a lot of people want to help.
Aside from just doing a good deed, donating to the target of doxxing campaigns has an overall positive impact for our side: Leftist activists are less likely to do these dox campaigns if they see that these tactics aren’t effective, that they can’t force the Right to disavow, and that they can’t force the target into undesirable situations.

I just donated, but I feel a bit of cognitive dissonance because I spent more than what I spend monthly as a paid subscriber to the Conundrum Cluster. Surely this Twitter jester is not worth more than the vaunted status of paid subscriber. Therefore I entreat you to significantly raise the price of a monthly subscription to alleviate my conflicted feelings.
