I just wanted to blast this out because someone texted me about it.
In the wake of my endorsement of Lisa DeMuth in the state of Minnesota’s Republican gubernatorial primary, which no doubt played a decisive role in her victory, it seems that Minnesota is officially BACK IN PLAY.
Democrats nominated an extremely weak Senate candidate this year, Peggy Flanagan. Flanagan was the Lt. Governor of spite eunuch Tim Walz’s disastrous administration and is uniquely tied to the numerous fraud and corruptions scandals emerging from the state in recent months. She looks really weird and is crazy.
I have long been an advocate of supporting our people behind the lines in libtard occupied areas. States like Minnesota and New Jersey often get very little attention from professional activists and fundraisers, even though electoral margins in these states are not very big, unique conditions on the ground often present opportunities for upset victories, and voter participation is so low that a little bit of tender love and care can totally alter decades-old political dynamics.
Let’s not forget that Florida used to be a swing state. Republicans’ best chance at holding the Senate is emerging from Charlie Kirk’s forward-looking decision to dramatically increase TPUSA’s organizing activities in New Hampshire. I strongly suspect a similar gambit could be made in Vermont next election. A lot of “electoral realities” that seem set in stone are actually pretty tenuous. These states are home to Democrats’ C- and D-teams and retarded clowns often make it through primaries.
Even if there might be fools’ gold in some of these longshot elections, I really do think now more than ever Republicans should spend big everywhere. Prevent Democrats from concentrating resistance. We have the money advantage. What was the point of the Trump administration pardoning all of those fraudsters if not to play ads about girls in boys sports, Floyd Riot quotes on abolishing the police, and Somalis stealing grandma’s retirement money 24/7?
There’s a longer piece on this on the way, but I do think the next two-ish years are critical. We get to see if we can cement our gains and create a system that will outlast Trump and end America’s political deadlock, or if we’ll succumb to internal divisions and return to endless paralysis and decline. At the very least, dumping money into these states provides huge downstream benefits to often ignored but winnable elections for state legislators, sheriffs, prosecutors, and judges, all of which make a real difference in normal peoples’ lives and provide the ground from which bigger victories can grow.
Don’t save anything for the trip back!
